We take great care in ensuring that your art prints arrive in pristine condition. All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes to protect against damage during transit. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the U.K., Europe, or the U.S.A., depending on your location.

Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 1-2 business days

  • Europe: 1-5 business days

  • United States: 1-5 business days

  • International: 5-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local postal services, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Tracking Information

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at contact@artssocialclub.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return a parcel, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Due to the nature of our high-end art prints, we do not accept exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a defect.
