We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@artssocialclub.com.

Shipping for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us first at contact@artssocialclub.com. We will provide you with the return shipping details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on location.

  • If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
